Grain spacing substantially uniform distribution of abrasive edge spacing 200-500μm. Grains embedded rate remained at 2 / 3-4 / 5, by arranging the thick plating time to control. The statistical analysis of the test results obtained before squeezing inflation differential distribution of discrete abrasive highly significant, up to about 50μm. After improvement of each grain protrusion height difference is significantly reduced, the basic can be controlled within the range of 10μm or less.
Diameter f20mm experiments utilizing a single layer electroplated CBN grinding wheel (80/100 grit) grinding the bearing inner ring 305, the test carried out after the pre-ground 5min. The results show that under other conditions are unchanged, compared with ordinary electroplated CBN grinding wheel, improving the use of high grinding wheel when its power increased slightly, while the workpiece surface roughness is reduced by about 50%.
